Description
-SALE PENDING-The second-generation Chevrolet C/K series is one of the most popular platforms for both original and custom restorations alike. Featuring classic lines and a look that can be sporty or rugged depending on how you want it, it’s easy to see why this generation of trucks is favored by truck enthusiasts.Starting with a factory K10 4x4 short-bed pickup, this truck was restored to a classic style, but with some modern tweaks. The body is finished in 2-stage Gray Pearl paint with a white roof, fully sanded and buffed to show-quality, and the floors were Rhino-lined for sound-deadening. The interior features custom houndstooth bucket seats and console, tilt steering column and 3-spoke wood wheel, and a Vintage Air system. It has an all-new wiring harness, gauges with tachometer, and all-new glass and weatherstripping. All lights were replaced with modern HID units, and all chrome and stainless pieces were restored to show-quality or replaced with new ones. The bed features a custom-made walnut bed floor with machined fasteners. Under the hood is a 350ci V8 engine mated to a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. It utilizes 3.70 differentials front and rear, both completely rebuilt, and Hydro-Boost power disc brakes and steering were installed. Almost all of the hardware used was replaced with upgraded stainless-steel pieces. The undercarriage is as detailed as the top side, having been driven less than 300 miles since completion.
